Lost Scenes

The update is complete. Unless I have another big update, I won’t mention it on the blog or at the top of the pages, so watch the “Last Updated” dates at the bottom of each page. I think I have found all the dead links now so let me know if you find one. Unfortunately a couple of posts on the Stenzmania board have become unstable. I’m still hoping that they straighten out, but if they don’t I’ll have to pull them. Some of the Internet Archive sites are unstable and you might have to try again or follow the directions I gave in the post below.

Please let me know if you find any errors or problems, you can e-mail me at:

I’m looking for any Manny fanfic I don’t already had, but there are a few I’m especially looking for. I’ve listed them in the message below.

These stories all take place in between scenes shown on camera on Guiding Light.

“The Car Ride” – What went on in Danny’s car after he took her away from her drinking at Millennium before he threw her in the shower.

“The Conversation” – While pregnant Manny clears the air by having a very difficult and soul searching conversation about the beginnings of their life together and what it meant to both of them.

“Danny’s Dream” – Danny’s dream while he is unconscious after the car accident.

“Go Fish” – Babysitting one night for Ross and Blake before Michelle was ever pregnant, Manny has fun playing Strip Go Fish. 😉

“Inkblots” –  (1 0f 2 with this name) A great take on what the famous Inkblot Scene would have been like.

“Inkblots”(1 of 2 with this name)  – Another take on the famous missing scene. Gets an A for a seductive Danny and the deserted classroom scene, but doesn’t really show Michelle’s spunk that helps arouse his interest in her in the first place, like this scene is supposed to. I wish she had figured out it was time to dump Jesse and that she really wanted Danny this early. Great read anyway. 😉

“Just Another Fundraiser – A Story of Michelle and Danny Santos in California” – A peek into their everyday lives. Manny and Ed attend a fundraiser for his clinic and get an appropriate reward afterwards. This story is related to “A Typical House.”

“Kiss Series” – Not really a true lost scene, this is more of a series of short novelizations from actual kisses seen on the show.

“Prelude to the Conversation” – Manny has a realistic discussion about what their life can be like and the dark side to the great love.

“Red to Green” – Manny shares a quiet, close, normal moment during the early fake days of their marriage.

“Springfield Bound” – This is quite literally a series of lost scenes as I imagined them. They fit in between the actual episodes of Guiding Light and I have labeled accordingly where the real episodes fit in between. They are mostly focused on Manny, but they also interact with other characters. Most just help explain things that happened on screen, but a few are conversations I think are long overdue and some are just Manny being them and being happy.

“A Typical House –  A Story of Michelle, Danny, Robbie, and Hope Santos in California” – A small piece of the story is told from each POV as a typical night in the Santos house is temporarily disrupted by Robbie’s homework assignment. It gives a better feel to where their lives are, but is related to “Just Another Fundraiser.”

“We Are One” – Michelle’s thoughts as she lies in bed with Danny on their San Cristobel honeymoon.
