What kind of music did Chelsea Reardon sing?

Chelsea Reardon was the youngest of the Reardon daughters. She was the sister of Maureen, Nola, and Tony Reardon. She was a professional singer and romanced Phillip Spaulding during her time in Springfield before her portrayer Kassie DePaiva (1986-1991) left to go on to a very successful run as Blair on One Life to Life. Find a couple of Chelsea’s songs on these CDs:

This question appeared in the January 4, 2011 issue of Soap Opera Digest.

Q: I would like to know the name of the song that was played at the wedding of One Life to Live‘s Bo and Nora. We would like to have it played at our wedding. Thank you so much; it would mean the world to us if we could get the name of the song. – D. S. via the Internet

A: Congratulations on your upcoming nuptials! When Bo and Nora retied the knot on 6/7/10 Blair (Kassie DePaiva) sang Simply Love. DePaiva originally performed it when she was Guiding Light‘s Chelsea (1986-1991), and it is on her CD Naked. You can download Simply Love on iTunes or purchase the CD on Amazon.

UPDATED March 30 2016: I added my signature block and the bit about Chelsea’s songs on CD with the link.
