I got this great lighthouse book mark in the mail. I had to share. It says: “The first lighthouse in America was lit in 1716. It’s located on Little Brewster Island at the entrance to Boston Harbor. It still guides ships in and shines a beacon 27 miles out into the ocean.”
Look for some Christmas tree ornaments and Christmas presents in the coming weeks. This one is an ornament that plugs into Christmas tree light string. Sadly you have to have a string plugged in for it to work. Pull out a bulb, make sure you push the release and don’t just yank it out. The ornament actually has two lights in it so the color switches between red and blue. The middle photo below is the ornament in full daylight. The bottom photo shows it lit up in the dark with the blue light.
